A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Parts Advisor working for a large independent all make commercial vehicle dealership based in Nelson. The team is committed to providing a first class service to customers where a "can do attitude" is absolutely essential.
Working as part of the back office team your duties will be as follows:
- Liaising with the workshop
- Handling invoices and credits, ensuring they are correctly processed.
- Controlling of Stock and ensuring all parts received are correctly accounted.
- Dealing with returns and processing surcharges.
- Ensuring all other administrative duties are correctly carried out as requested.
- Good understanding of parts, preferably commercial parts.
- Good PC skills
- Excellent administrative skills and telephone manner
- Telephone Manner
