At Hunter Land Rover we are looking for a Parts Advisor to be at the forefront of providing excellent customer service within the Jaguar/Land Rover brand(s). As a Parts Advisor you shall use your expert knowledge of parts and stock, providing excellent customer service to customers and colleagues, to assist in finding what is needed.
As a member of the Hunters Land Rover family you will be a key part of a successful and hugely diverse global automotive team. In the UK we have 7 of the best Land Rover Franchised Retail Centres.
Through the financial management of stock, ensuring delivery shortages are claimed for and highlighting obsolete stock you can ensure that customers' expectations are met every time. You will be responsible for ensuring that all pricing and discounts are in line with the companies' policies and ensuring that the system is 100% accurate.
With you being at the forefront of customers and colleagues parts and stock needs, you shall bring to the role:
- Excellent communication, taking pride in assisting individuals' needs and offering the best advice.
- Have a keen eye for detail, able to supply parts accurately.
- Able to follow all company parts ordering processes accurately, ensuring the retailer knows of any parts shortages.
- Update the parts catalogue accurately.
- Able to control costs and budgets.
