You will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external customers by updating them on any orders or products.
As part of this exciting process, you would ensure the dealers are provided the highest levels of customer service. Working in a small team would also see you collaboratively approach various departments to resolve any issues that arise with customer queries.
You need to have a strong administration background with a Technical or Mechanical background in you working or personal life.
The hours for the job will see you follow the rotating 3 week pattern of:
8am - 4:30pm ( Mon - Fri )
8:30am - 5:00pm ( Mon - Fri )
9am - 5:30pm ( Mon - Fri )
In return, you'll receive a salary £20 - 22k depending on experience, 22 days holiday increasing to 25 over time, 3 x life assurance, bonus & pension.
