Parts Administrator - Temporary

A growing construction business based in Burton on Trent are currently recruiting for a sales administrator on a 9-month contract

Duties will include;

•Processing sales purchase orders and processing any electronic payments where required

•Placing orders within UK suppliers and German logistic centre for customer PO, warehouse and workshop demands

•Processing picking list and stock movement for the parts located in UK warehouse

•Daily review and chasing of back orders via SAP

•Processing sales invoicing for both UK and Middle East customers through the SAP system

•Processing purchase invoices for UK and German suppliers

•Filing of parts orders, stock transfers and workshop job

•Resolving any parts discrepancies and process credits where necessary

•Arranging the proper return of incorrect ordered/delivered items

•Complying with and enforcing company policies and procedures

•Undertaking any other duties or activities as required

The ideal candidate will have SAP experience.

The role is paying £17,000 - £19,000 depending on experience. Hours of work are 8:30am - 5pm with an hour for lunch, 25 days holiday
