Carnival UK has big plans for the future! Already the market leader, CUK (which operates the P&O Cruises and Cunard Brands) will grow by 50% by 2022 as we add new ships to the fleet and further transform the industry by making cruising a mainstream holiday for UK guests.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Regional Sales Partnership Manager on a permanent basis. You will be working within a team including five other Regional Sale Partnership Managers for Cunard, which is the leader in setting the luxury benchmark in the cruise industry and operates three spectacular 5-star ships.

The Role

As a Regional Sales Partnership Development Manager you will be working within a talented team of Sales professionals, and will be expected to be skilled and well versed in delivering excellence as standard, whilst delivering towards sales targets, training our agent partners in Cunard, and utilising new loyalty programme to encourage engagement. You will be a remote member of the team, which will require regular travel.

This is a team role within our business as it directly contributes to defining and shaping the future of the iconic Cunard Cruises brand.

About You

You will have previous experience of working in a diverse team, with ability to self manage your time organising administration effectively and accurately to get the best results. You will have a passion for working with people/teams and will be required to regularly train large groups and one on one sessions, of agents and visit on a consistent basis to generate sales and brand awareness.

We would expect you to have previous experience in the travel/airline/leisure industry. Existing relationships in the sector would be preferred. Experience in a commercial environment with the ability to operate in multi-brand structure.

Additionally, you will have excellent communicative skills within and outside of Sales and be well versed in presentations and delivery to a range of audiences.
