The Human Resources department plays a key role in supporting The Howard Partnership Trusts strategic aims and objectives and is committed to bringing out the best. The Partnership Deputy HR Operations Manager will deputise for and assist the Partnership HR Operations and Payroll Manager; providing an excellent and efficient administrative support service to the schools and the wider partnership. Candidates should hold the relevant degree/professional qualification/experience, be proactive and be able to demonstrate outstanding operational organisation and communication skills. Experience of working in the education sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
This role will be based at Howard of Effingham School in the first instance.
