Our client is growing and currently looking for a Partner Services Relationship Coordinator to help the team with PSS support pricing, Support ordering and Partner support.
This will include:
* Liaising with partners
* Management of quotes
* Management of orders
* Management of renewals process
* Management of Accounts
You will have to meet the internal and external SLA's / OLA's when performing these duties.
This is a 12month FTC with possibility to go perm.
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Flawless administration skills
* MS office suite experience - especially with Excel
* Proactive and responsive nature
* Ability to deliver first class customer service
* Awareness of SLA's and OLA's
* Willing to follow, improve and devise processes and procedures
* Awareness of Health and Safety in the Work Place
* Awareness of Cisco, Salesforce and SAP
