Role responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of clients across a range of sectors including corporate, SME and owner-managed businesses
• Providing strategic advice on tax, compliance, financial planning and business growth
• Leading and overseeing the delivery of accounting, audit and advisory services
• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients as a trusted adviser
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the firm and supporting business development initiatives
• Leading and mentoring teams, ensuring high standards of technical delivery and client service
• Playing a central role in partner meetings, decision-making and operational leadership

Candidate requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified with at least five years of post-qualification experience in practice

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach
