  • ACA/ACCA qualified with significant experience in a senior leadership role within a UK accountancy practice
  • Qualified by experience also considered
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of high-value clients and delivering exceptional service
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with experience guiding senior staff to success
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a commercial mindset
