Part Times Customer Services / Administrator

A varied and challenging part time role which would involve 2-3 shifts per week and will increase to cover holidays based in our Llanfairfechan office.

key Care & Support are currently looking for a Shift Allocator to work some evenings 4-10pm and part of the weekend ( 8am-3pm or 3pm-10pm Sat/ Sun)

The role involves speaking to many of our Clients and staff to fulfil staffing requirements for that evening or the following day/week.

It requires taking internal and making external calls. Using various computer systems to record shifts/information in a clear and timely manner.

Updating staff records onto a computerised system to highlight their availability for work and using this information to ensure they are allocated shifts for that day or the following day/week.
