Part Time to Full Time Administration Assistant

The Just Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client on a part time basis initially, to become a full time position once training has been completed.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but very successful business in a role that will be diverse, and offer the opportunity to undergo ongoing training to develop your skills.

Duties:
- Processing Orders
- Booking Appointments
- Dealing with any client queries received via telephone or email
- Providing quotations
- Accounts functions such as: Invoicing and Credit Control

The ideal candidate will have an excellent eye for detail, be a strong communicator and be happy working independently as well as part of a team.

A working knowledge of SAGE would be advantageous.
