Temporary Administrator, Part-time 21 hours, £9.00 per hour, Glasgow
Your new company
A successful Construction company based in Glasgow now requires a temporary Administrator to join their organisation on a part time basis.
The hours of work are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:00-17:00.
Your new role
You will be performing general administrative duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying so will ideally have an administrative background. You will be taking calls coming in to the business so will have an excellent telephone manner. This role involves logging jobs on the system and working with spreadsheets so knowledge of systems and Microsoft packages is essential along with an eye for detail.
Previous experience in a Construction industry or similar would also be advantageous.
