We are recruiting an experienced part-time support worker for our 'Outstanding' Ofsted rated children's homes in the Slaithwaite area.

Excellent training and development opportunities

You will be working with Young People who have attachment issues, and can display some challenging behaviour.

Shift patterns between 7am and 10pm with sleep ins and some waking night shifts. Successful candidates will be flexible and able to work weekends on a rota basis.

A warm welcome awaits you in our fun filled specialist service providing residential care for children who present with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism, attachment issues and challenging behaviours. Based near Slaithwaite, Yorkshire, we care for Young People with varied interests and support requirements. Our support workers can often be found spending Saturday mornings on the edge of a rugby pitch cheering our young people on, or at the local gym watching our budding gymnasts practice and perfect their skills. Each young person is respected and valued as an individual, with tailored care plans to address the specific and changing needs of the young person. We provide specialist support to our young people and facilitate the transition of our young people back into foster care.

We are seeking caring, committed, compassionate and fun Support Workers to join our aspirational team. Whilst experience definitely isn't essential, we don't just want anyone!
