Part Time - Study Support Administrator

Our client, a well known and successful organisation are looking to recruit a Part Time Study Support Administrator (21 Hours).

This role is a 1 month contract, is paying £17.50 per hour and is based near Paddington.

The purpose of this position is to take responsibility for a variety of activities to support organisations and professionals. The role Includes providing administrative support for the clinical research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Keep the study materials tracking databases and spread sheets up to date with requests for materials and details of materials dispatched.
- Prepare and dispatch supplies to sites.
- Prepare and dispatch study materials to study participants.
- Keep an inventory of stock and make requests for the re-ordering of supplies required to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Run mail merges to prepare letters and data collection packs to send to study participants.
- Log responses received in the study spread sheets and databases and process responses, e.g. by preparing study document packs for participants.

Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of the International Conference on Harmonisation Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
- Project management skills.
- Strong IT skills, including use of databases, Microsoft Office and online tools.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver to tight deadlines.
- Negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Ability to cope with periods of high workload.
