Part-time Solicitor/Legal Executive - Civil Litigation (LSW2320)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor or Legal Executive, ideally with a minimum of 3 years relevant PQE to join a highly reputable and well-established legal practice in Honiton on a part time and permanent basis. Offering a competitive salary which will be dependent upon level of experience and a pleasant, friendly and supportive working environment, there will also be a degree of flexibility as to how part time hours are worked, although this should include Fridays.

Joining the firm’s busy Civil Litigation team, you will work closely with and provide support to Partners and senior team members and will also run your own caseload of small, fast and multi-track claims to include court of protection, debt recovery, professional negligence, contested probate and commercial and residential landlord and tenant.

You will be a team player who is also able to work autonomously and will demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent client care. In addition you will be an enthusiastic self-starter who is able to remain calm and focussed under pressure.
