Our clients based in Halstead are seeking a professional candidate with a technical background for a part time position (approximately 20 hour per week) to provide support to clients in the UK for the parent company in the USA. You will be responsible for discussing technical matters with clients whilst trouble shooting concerns, clarifying order requirements with customers for spares, obtain pricing quotations for spare part enquiries which may come from the US parent or from UK suppliers, checking order acknowledgements, arranging carriage, sending packing slips and invoices, raising cheques, keeping the US parent informed of activities, and other duties as required.
