You will provide Administration support to both the Director and Engineers as well as liaising with clients.
- Managing engineer site attendance
- Arranging training courses and materials
- Managing material orders
- Producing documents for clients
- Managing monthly sales reports
- Managing engineer time sheets/ assigning them to jobs
- Producing meeting minutes
The ideal candidate would need to have previously worked within an administration environment and have a good level of MS Packages (Word and Excel).
Previous experience co-ordinating projects and supporting senior management would be beneficial.
