Part time Senior Administrator

City of London based Reinsurance Company is looking for a part time Senior Administrator 6 month fixed term contract from an Insurance background for 3 day a week to provide secretarial and admin support to the Business Support Manager and Underwriting team

Description

  • Travel booking
  • Booking meetings, arranging catering and audio & visual when required.
  • Processing expenses
  • Managing diaries
  • liaison by phone and email with clients, brokers and senior stakeholders
  • visa applications
  • arranging client entertainment
  • Ad hoc admin and projects

Profile

The ideally candidate for this 6 month fixed term contract for a part time Senior Administrator role for City of London based Reinsurance Company will be immediately available or on 1 weeks' notice or less and have previously worked as an administrator in Insurance

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and managing duplicate projects
  • High attention to detail in verbal and written communication
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Deadline driven

Job Offer

This 6 month fixed term contract for a part time Senior Administrator role for City of London based Reinsurance Company will pay £35k pro rata so £21k for 3 days
