Part Time Sales Support Administrator
£18,000 pro rata
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 2:00pm
Hook, Basingstoke

Main Responsibilities:

·Receiving and processing sales orders using SAGE
·Liaising with customers regarding sales enquiries and quotations
·Maintaining and updating the internal database.
·Providing an exceptional level of Customer service at all times.
·Developing an excellent understanding of the products to be able to advise/assist with confidence when dealing with customers.
·Capturing and recording relevant sales and technical data
·Booking appointments for the External Sales Team

Skills and Experience:
·Must have experience of using MS Office and ACT (or similar)
·Must have a strong and confident telephone manner
·Must have worked in a similar role
