| Part Time Sales & Marketing Assistant | Ayr | £9.50 per hour |
A fantastic opportunity to work for an Independent Serviced Apartments Company. They are seeking a part time Sales & Marketing assistant to work in their Ayr office.
The successful candidate shall be reporting and working with the companys Managing Directors. The job will involve establishing new relationships and identifying opportunities with clients. The role is predominantly office based, but candidates may need to travel on occasions.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and providing assistance where needed
- Organising and responding to emails
- Prepare correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
- Taking phone calls from potential customers, clients and our partners
- The successful candidate will be expected to deliver sales revenue through managing and driving sales from manned sites to ensure all budget sales figures are met. Working with the branch network to identify and maximise sales opportunities will also be important.
What we’re looking for:
- Educated to minimum of A Level
- Must have Sales & Marketing experience
- Computer skills essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Experience in an office or customer service based role is desirable
- Team player
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Business to Business experience/exposure and a customer focussed approach.
- Developing relationships with new corporates
- Relationship management of existing accounts
- Creating and managing marketing messaging and strategy for expansion throughout Scotland
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy
- Local market knowledge
- Basic land transaction knowledge
- Estate Agency understanding and familiarity
The position will be on a part time basis with a view to go full time based on company expansion, hours being 9.00am to 1.00pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: £9.50 per hour
