Part-time Sales Executive

Our client is looking for a Sales Executive to join their publishing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell in advertising packages to potential customers
  • Sign up customers, invoice, chase artwork & complete administration
  • Confirm advertisers for renewal of adverts when packages are near to end
  • Ensure client satisfaction regarding service, support & quality of advert including proofing adverts before going to print

Duties:

  • Search out, seek and find new clients through face to face networking, internet and other paper based journals
  • Largely telephone based with some face to face visits, email communication and outgoing sales calls
  • Telephone, email or present face to face to potential advertisers (over 80% of our sales is conducted over the telephone and email)
  • Occasional visits to client sites.
  • Negotiate & tie in customers for advertising space
  • From time to time assistance may be required in other duties such as distribution, finance, admin
  • General admin & support
