We are seeking a Part Time Sales Administrator with great customer service skills to join the team based in Taunton. This is a permanent post attracting a starting salary of £9.25 per hour, parking included. Working hours are 11am- 3pm Mon-Fri, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9-2pm. Some flexibility with the weekday hours may be available.
The successful candidate will be based in a branch and as well as carrying out general admin they will provide sales support on the shop floor from time to time.
Typical duties include;
- General Admin
- Diary management
- Handling incoming and outgoing emails and calls
- Credit control / Invoicing
- Assisting with general enquiries
The successful candidate must have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- Experience VAT/Invoicing/Credit Control
- Ability to work independently and using own initiative
- Good working knowledge of MS Office including Excel
- High levels of enthusiasm and motivation
