Artin Skylight specialises in the supply and installation of high quality skylights, namely Velux brand for residential properties. We are a team of Office staff and on-site fitters who work closely together to deliver a good professional service from start to finish. Our professional service and high standard installations means our customers have no hesitation in returning or recommending our services to family and friends. As a result of this, our business is growing and we are looking to expand our office team.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and well organised part time Sales Administrator to provide support to our Office and Project Manager in the daily tasks and activities of running the business. You will report directly to the Office Manager

Duties include (but not limited to):-

- Answering incoming calls

- Responding to incoming emails

- Following up customer enquiries via telephone and email

- Updating CRM system

- Arranging site visits for engineer

- Closing sales deals

- Assisting Office Manager with all office and admin related duties

- Keeping office area tidy and organised

- Informing Project Manager of urgent enquiries

- Updating calendar

- Chasing suppliers

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:-

- Computer literate in Word, Excel, and Internet

- Previous experience of administrative duties

- Sales background desired

- A confident telephone manner

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Attention to details

- Able to work on own initiative

Working hours are 8:30am - 12:30pm or 12pm - 5:30pm, Mondays to Fridays. (Excluding Bank Holidays).

Previous hotel receptionist experience will also be considered.

We will be conducting telephone interviews from the week beginning April 12th and face to face interviews from April 19th onwards. Face masks must be worn during the interview and all Covid-19 measures to be adhered to.

Start date for the role is Tuesday 4th May, based at our Chessington office.
