Part time Sales Administrator - full time for 5 weeks intially
We are currently looking for a confident communicator with a passion for putting the customer first to join our client on a full time basis for the first 5 weeks for a handover, thereafter the role will become part-time working 2.5 day a week on a temporary basis ,so you must be able to commit to the full time hours initially. The client in question arguably own one of the most prestigious businesses in the local area and deal with a luxury product that demands an impeccable level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Providing a caring, consistent and knowledgeable level of service to all customers at all times.
- Fielding incoming calls appropriately.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries and ensuring that any queries are resolved in a efficient and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate mailing lists and customer account records.
- Preparing brand and product lists.
- Utilising Excel to prepare statistical information.
The chosen candidate will be expected to work part-time hours of 12pm - 5pm Wednesday, 9am - 5pm Thursday and 9am - 5pm Friday.
