A unique part time opportunity has arisen within a boutique consultancy firm based in South Birmingham. This incredibly varied role incorporates elements of recruitment, marketing and business development to create an exciting mix of responsibilities.
These responsibilities range from generating leads and carrying out market research to managing the company’s social media and sending mail-outs to clients. This role is heavily client focussed and involves both building and maintaining fantastic working relationships with new and long-standing clients, ensuring all their needs are met and an exceptional level of client care is provided to them. You will be writing adverts for new roles and ensuring they are promoted in the appropriate channels as well as assist with the shortlisting and arranging interviews. Other responsibilities will include analysis of market trends to feedback to clients as well as preparation of expenses and purchase ledger for VAT purposes.
Due to the varied nature of this role, we are looking for a real all-rounder, someone with fantastic communication skills who is comfortable making sales calls and engaging with the general public on social media. You will also be able to manage a varying workload, meet tight deadlines and be proactive in your approach, always looking for new opportunities to build business.
There is scope for this role to be spread over 2 or 3 days a week, working full time with no set days in place.
