Part Time Recruitment Co-ordinator

We are currently recruiting for a part time Recruitment Co-ordinator to work for our client, Metropolitan Housing Trust to be based at their site in The Grange at Southgate.

Metropolitan is one of the Uk's leading providers of affordable housing and care and support services.

In this role you will be responsible for the co-ordination of recruitment campaign activities and communication with hiring managers and candidates. You will be supporting sustained and appropriate governance, compliance and assurance of best practice of the internal recruitment function.

Main accountabilities:

- Advertise, engage, screen and support the suitable talent.
- Organise interviews and assessments, liaising with hiring managers, candidates and agencies to ensure a positive experience.
- Provide administrative support for job advert posting and ensure effective candidate co-ordination and communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

This role would be perfect for you if you can demonstrate the following:

- Experience of in house recruitment administration.
- Experience of recruitment database administration and candidate record management.
- Knowledge of data protection and employment legislation in relation to recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and manage deadlines.
