Reed Specialist Recruitment have vacancies across the UK to join the recruitment team servicing a high profile national employer. This role will involve meeting candidates face-to-face with the primary objective of ensuring all paperwork is supplied and completed to the necessary compliance standard in order to progress the candidate through the final stages of the recruitment process and ultimately begin a placement with us.
No previous recruitment is experience is required as we will provide full training on the duties - however strong communication skills, a passions for customer service, flexibility in availability and crucially a high attention to detail are paramount and therefore a pre-requisite.
The requirements of the role are:
• Checking validity of Eligibility to Work documentation
• Checking pre-employment paperwork has been completed correctly
• Copying or scanning and verifying documentation
• Assisting applicants with queries
• Other related duties as required
Assignments will be available at a number of designated sites across your region, in addition to ad hoc sessions in local areas as the business needs dictate. Travel expenses will be paid and access to your own transport is essential.
Recruitment days are expected to be undertaken 1 to 5 times per month and a normal session would be approx. 8.30am-4:30pm.
