This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Recruitment admin professional to work for a truly great business in the local area.

Duties for the role include but are not limited to -

* Working with the HR/Recruitment team providing innovative and resourceful ideas for the purpose f client attraction.

* Working alongside Management to gain an understanding of job requirements to assist with attraction.

* Working alongside agency partners for outsourcing purposes including negotiating rates and reviewing services.

* Posting job adverts and writing creative content for new vacancies.

This role would ideally suit an experience recruitment professional with experience in candidate attraction and internal processes.

My client is offering £20,000 - £22,000 pro rata for the right candidate as well as other company benefits.

This is a part time vacancy with working days/hours flexible to the candidate and employer agreement.
