This is a fantastic opportunity to join this well-established law firm in their expanding Solihull office. You will work alongside a close knit, highly successful team where your key duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Liaising with clients on a daily basis
- Booking and organising meeting rooms
- Sorting / filing post
In order to be considered for this part time receptionist position, you must have experience of working within a legal department, be IT literate and have excellent communication skills.
