Temporary part time receptionist job based in Ellesmere Port paying an hourly rate of £8 per hour.

A global and successful manufacturing company based in Ellesmere Port who are leaders in their field are currently looking to recruit for a part time receptionist to help support through a period of holidays.
Your new role
As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact to the business for all visitors and enquiries. You will be working in a modern office space supporting with a busy switchboard and general administration. Your duties will include; post duties, directing phone calls, allocating visitor passes, dealing with general enquiries and supporting departments with clerical duties such as scanning/photocopying.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you will be a well presented individual with a professional telephone manner. You will be confident when dealing with enquiries, ensuring a high quality service is always provided. You will enjoy dealing with people and have an organised approach to your work. You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and be able to adapt to new environments with ease. Previous reception experience is desired.
