Our Homes Central Scotland division now has a vacancy for a Part-Time Receptionist. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Receptionist provides support to the division acting as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting visitors, and handling incoming telephone calls.
Duties include managing the reception area to ensure all visitors gain a positive impression of the company on arrival; ensuring all calls to reception are dealt with efficiently; and delivering administrative tasks accurately and timeously, including preparing documents and spreadsheets, sorting the incoming mail, and franking outgoing mail.
We are looking for someone with good MS Office skills, and a professional manner appropriate for reception duties.
