Cordant People are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our most established clients based in the Liverpool City Centre area who are now actively looking for a Receptionist to provide excellent part-time cover for their team.
- Meeting and greeting all visitors when they arrive on site.
- Notifying the relevant member of staff of all visitor arrivals.
- Managing a busy switchboard.
- Answering all telephone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Dealing with and consulting all enquiries, transferring to relevant departments when necessary.
The Ideal Person:
- Previous experience working in a Receptionist and/or Front of House role is essential.
- Excellent administrative and communication skills.
- Polite and professional telephone manner.
- Fully competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
£7.50ph rising to £7.83 as of April 1st 2018.
Hours of work:
16 hours split over Friday and Saturday - 9:00am-5:00pm
