Part Time Receptionist

We are currently working on behalf of an organisation located in Hook that are seeking a Part Time Receptionist to join their team. You must be able to work Monday - Friday 10:00am to 3:00pm with the flexibility to cover full time hours during periods of holiday. The ideal candidate must be well presented with excellent written and spoken communication skills.


  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Postal duties
  • Answering switchboard and transferring calls
  • Sending emails
  • Maintaining kitchen facilities
  • Organising couriers
  • Administrative support as required

This position is available ideally on a temp to perm basis however candidates seeking permanent opportunities only will be considered
