You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all visitors coming into the office and via telephone.
Your duties will also include-
-Assist with the smooth running of workshops, conferences and meetings.
-Provide administration assistance to the HR Manager and be a valued member of the office by assisting with Administration tasks when necessary.
-Manage an email inbox answering to emails and forward them to the appropriate people and department.
-Organise catering arrangements for meeting and visitors when required.
To be considered for this role you will need to be friendly, approachable, possess excellent communication skills, be able to priotise your own workload and be a strong team player.
The hours are 20 hours per week and are flexible with the days and hours of work.
The salary for this role is £18,000 prorated.
