Established company based in Whyteleafe are seeking a professional receptionist for 2 days per week to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be providing all round first class front of house and reception service to this office and flexibility to cover the Croydon office for holiday cover. You will also be supporting the Reception Manager in ensuring a high level of service is provided to all internal and external visitors. Hours of business will be 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- Meeting and greeting visitors and ensuring everybody receives VIP treatment
- Booking and managing computerised meeting room booking system
- Setting up and clearing down of catering in meeting rooms
- Operating the main switchboard in a polite and confident manner
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing deliveries and mail
- Liaising with the administration teams and supporting where necessary
- Working with other service providers, cleaners, maintenance, security to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Assisting with other associated reception duties when required
