Part Time Receptionist - Guildford 12:30pm to 5:00pm £12,000 URGENT

The purpose of the role is:

My client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting a Receptionist to join the team located in Guildford. The successful candidate will be required to do the Receptionist functions as the professional who assists the Facilities Manager supporting the management of service delivery in his/her assigned building.

The Receptionist is responsible for assisting in all aspects of Client satisfaction.

General Reception Duties:

  • Switchboard, welcoming visitors, security clearances incl maintaining the site security and visitor database
  • Completing and issuing visitor and contractor information
  • Requesting PO’s, tracking spend, and generally assisting the FC with administrative duties.
  • Honeywell archiving
  • Issue Honeywell UOP access badges
  • Issuing and updating work tickets to maintenance team
  • Assisting the Facilities Team in all admin tasks
  • Create and Receipt invoices on SAP
  • Update private vehicle register for staff cars
  • Update Telephone lists
  • Update Reception Message Screen as per General Managers request
  • Arrange transport for clients

Update the following databases daily/weekly/monthly;

  • Maintenance System (excel)
  • Security ID database (excel)
  • Storage/archiving (web based)
  • Employee Database (excel)
  • Internal Telephone List (excel)
  • Car Register (excel)
  • Invoice management (SAP)
  • Document creation (Word)
  • Visitors List (excel)
