My exclusive client are looking for a part time receptionist / administrator based in Glenrothes. The working hours are 1pm until 5pm Monday to Friday. Salary is £16,000 - £18,000 pro-rata depending on experience
Your new role
You will be the first point of contact for all visitors and incoming calls while also providing administrative support to the quality assurance team. Duties will include but are not limited too:
Being the first point of contact for all calls and visitors
Answering a switchboard
Accurate data entry and transfer
Updating company details and specifications
Creating weekly reports
Scanning and filing
Any other administrative duties required
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Receptionist and Administrator with excellent people skills. You will be well presented and have experience dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues. You will have an excellent professional telephone manner. You will have excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills and have an ability to accurate enter data. You will have a positive approach to your work, be friendly and enthusiastic while remaining professional.
