Part time Qualifications Project Co-Ordinator

A Surrey based organisation is looking to recruit a part time Project Co-ordinator to work within their qualifications department. This demanding role will be ideal for someone with exemplary project management, excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. This role is to work every day 10am-2pm, but with flexibility on hours. Previous experience in training is preferred.

The main responsibilities will include

  • Managing the development and maintenance schedule; commissioning content for associate course writers
  • Monitoring the progress of the team and ensuring it is progressing successfully and accurately
  • Editing and checking the final product to ensure when it is released, it is of the highest quality

As this is a team role, having good interpersonal skills is essential, as well as ability to problem solve and bring initiative to the team. A flexibility and willingness to work successfully with high professional standards is incredibly desirable; building strong relationships within the team, as their manager. Previous experience of end to end project coordination is essential.
