Part Time Purchasing Administrator

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

(key functions of the role)

To provide a reliable and accurate service for

Purchasing Assistant and Manager

  • Dealing with Sales Enquiries
  • Running Vendor Order Detail Daily for all Companies
  • Chasing Suppliers
  • Dealing with order Acknowledgements
  • Far East Paperwork
  • Raising of Sales Orders
  • Checking Supplier Despatch Notes
  • Answering Incoming calls
  • Support to Purchasing Assistant

EXPERIENCE

Use of Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) essential

2 Years minimum experience of administration duties

Ability to communicate with Suppliers & Team

  • Good organisational skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic personality
  • Work on own initiative/time management skills

  • Willingness to adapt/grow and develop within the role
  • Proficient, quick and comfortable with computer navigation and operation

Part Time - Hours of work 9.30 - 3.30 pm or 10 - 4 pm

Location Daventry

C£16,000 - per annum (£8.20 per hour)
