Your new company
You will be working for an established SME business based near Brentwood with free parking available! The business requires a commitment of 16 hours per week with the possibility of occasional overtime during busy periods.
Your new role
As the Part-Time Purchase Ledger assistant you will be responsible for processing purchase invoices and ensuring invoices are paid promptly. You will also reconcile supplier statements as well as deal with queries from suppliers and internal customers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business who are looking to strengthen their team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of Purchase Ledger and have the ability to process a reasonable volume of invoices per day.
What you'll get in return
For the first 1-2 months during your trial period your rate of pay will be £8.80-9.44 per hour including holiday pay and you will be paid via Hays. Once you are offered the permanent part-time position on the companies payroll your pay will increase!
