Part Time Purchase Ledger Clerk

Recruit 121 Finance and Accounting Solutions are working in association with a company in Bridgend who due to growth are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role offering flexibility on hours and days.


  • Matching/posting around 500 invoices per month
  • Resolving queries to enable payment
  • Liaising with internal departments to gain approvals
  • Raising PO numbers
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • General admin to support the finance team

The ideal candidate for the role will:

  • Knowledge of working with SAGE 200 is desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience within a finance team desirable
  • Strong communication skills
