Part-Time Project Coordinator
From brave beginnings in a Wiltshire barn in 1996, our UK team has grown to a team of 450 people and counting. We design, manufacture and retail a beautiful collection of kitchens, luxury furniture and accessories for the home and garden too.
Our IT team are the backbone that enables our business to run. They're the people who design, build and manage the infrastructure that we use to do our jobs. The ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that they created allows us to manage stock and assist our stores and, in turn, our customers. The IT department are also instrumental in keeping everything ticking over nicely on an everyday basis, be this till systems in store, or emails in HQ.
Due to a large and exciting business transformation relating to our future IT technologies, we are now on the hunt for an organised and energetic part-time Project Coordinator to support our IT Programme Manager.
This part-time position would be working Monday to Friday.
In this brand-new position, you will work closely with the IT Programme Manager to:
- Make the project a seamless and efficient process
- Maintain a clear record of project status and commitments across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate key stakeholders across the business
- Ensure project documentation is completed in line with our high standards
- Organise meetings and capture ideas and suggestions for improvements
You may have recently graduated and ideally have had some exposure to project management, however it's your eagerness to learn and problem solve that's of most importance to us. You'll be involved in all areas of the business so will need to be a great communicator, able to pick up new software and programmes easily and have exceptional Excel skills.
We offer an attractive salary and great range of benefits including high quality training and support.
If we've engaged your senses, please get in touch with your CV and covering letter detailing your salary expectations to us.

We're fortunate to receive hundreds and hundreds of applications every week. You'll never receive an automated email from us - it's something that we find too impersonal - and while we try to respond to every email, the sheer volume sometimes makes that difficult. So, if you don't hear from us within 14 days, this means your application hasn't been successful, but we thank you very much for your interest in us.
