Part-time Project Assistant (6 month contract)

Our client is seeking a new Project Assistant to join their busy team. This is a newly created position, and while the company are initially trialling it for a 6 month period, there is definitely the potential for the role to become permanent.

The successful candidate will be assisting the Project / Programme department, providing logistical support for events and ensuring travel requirements, technical assistance, calendar management and handover documents are dealt with. Duties will including monitoring helpdesk inboxes to provide support to clients, monitoring client engagement and delivering project plans. Duties will also include entering information on the company's CRM systems, ensuring all information is in the right place and correct, and assisting other member's of the team with this.

As this role includes a lot of data entry and processing, candidates should ideally have an excellent attention to detail and an analytical disposition, with an ability to quickly pick up new IT systems.Those with a background in Project or Programme support may have an advantage, but the company are happy to consider those with good administrative experience, or a recent graduate who is seeking part-time work.

The position is being offered for 25 hours per week, preferably worked over 5 shorter days, so this would be ideal for candidates who are seeking school hours, etc. There is some flexibility in this, so if a candidate would like to work 4 longer days, this can be considered.
