You will be responsible for the distribution of relevant paper work to various departments within the business from Production, Accounts, Management and Shop floor to assist them in ensuring daily productions continue to schedule.
Other duties will include
*Distribution and creation of job sheets to 4 departments within the business
*Logging time sheets daily
*Keeping calendar appointments of work up to date
*General administration duties to include invoicing, fitting schedule arrangements
We are looking for someone who has a great working attitude and is extremely organised.
You will be an excellent communicator and be able to multi-task various projects and strive for continuous improvement.
