SF Group are currently looking a Part-Time Pensions Manager for a manufacturing business based in Warwick. The business require a candidate who is highly experienced within Reward but specifically Pensions to set up and implement a pension scheme into the business. They can offer this role over 3 days per week on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be confident and experienced in designing, implementing and communicating new pension schemes out to the wider business. You will also be responsible for answering any queries, assisting with year end and attending board meetings that relate to pension updates. Liaising with the actuaries, you will be the go-to pension expert within the organisation working with flexibility and autonomy.
You will report into the Head of Finance and work closely with both finance and HR to ensure that the schemes are legal, compliant and appropriate.
