Part time payroll, temporary to permanent working for a successful charity
Your new company
A charity whose are based and operate across West Yorkshire are looking to recruit a part time payroll specialist to join the organisation initially on a temporary basis with the view going permanent.
Your new role
You will be working alongside the Finance Manager and be responsible for the whole payroll process. Your duties will include but are not limited to; handling all payroll department queries via email and telephone, absence management reporting, entering overtime claims to the system & verifying them with line managers, processing expense claims, updating starters & leavers, updating contract change information and all associated payroll administration tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience of working in a payroll environment is essential. You must have a good eye for detail as you will be dealing with business critical and confidential information. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are required as you will liaise with colleagues and management across the organisation via telephone, email and face to face.
