Part-Time Payroll Admniistrator

A medium sized Accountancy Practice in London's West End is in search of an experienced Client Payroll Administrator to join their friendly Payroll team on a Part-Time (14-21 hours per week), Permanent basis.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll be joining a team of 4 and once settled in will be allocated your own portfolio of Client Payrolls which you'll process from start to finish using Star Payroll.

You'll be responsible for dealing with any client Payroll queries and liaising with HMRC, as well as calculating Statutory Payments, Tax and NI deductions, and processing Pensions Auto Enrolment.

If applying for this position you should have at least 3 years' UK Payroll experience and be proficient at start to finish processing of mutliple Client Payrolls. Strong knowledge of Tax Codes and Statutory Payment allowances is essential.

You must have strong numerical and communication skills, and working knowledge of Star Payroll is highly desirable.

As well as the above, you should be a real team player and be comfortable managing deadlines and prioritising tasks.
