Part Time PA, WFH, 20 hours, would need to attend offices for board meetings to take minutes, mix of both personal and business support to MD and one other Director, Salary £14-15 per hour

Our Client is looking to recruit a Part Time PA to support their MD and one other Director. This is a new position within the business and would suit an experienced PA who is looking for a Part Time role and would prefer to be based at home

It is expected that you would be available to attend Board Meetings on a monthly basis to take minutes of said meetings

This role is a mix of personal and business support.

Role and Responsibilities for the position of Part Time PA

  • Management of the MD's properties based in Europe and UK, this involves booking guests into properties, ensuring that all relevant taxes and insurances are paid as per countries requirements, organising repairs and maintenance, insurance, cleaning etc
  • Support the MD with family requirements such as arranging car insurance, booking holidays, flights etc
  • Organise business travel, VISAs, train tickets etc
  • Extensive diary management
  • Typing of letters , emails etc
  • Organise insurance, repairs etc for business premises

The ideal candidate will be flexible, highly organised, have a good sense of humour and be experienced of working in a similar environment. Confidentiality is a must as is good IT skills
