Temporary part-time PA position in Selby area.

Your new company
You will be working for a not for profit organisation in the Selby area. They are looking for a part-time PA to support them until they manage to recruit the role permanently. This is expected to be 4-6 weeks. This hours will be 20 - 30 and need to be Monday - Thursday.

Your new role
Your responsibilities will include;
- Diary management
- Booking meetings and rooms
- Dealing with telephone calls and email correspondence
- Booking travel
- Meet & greet of clients, directing them
- Making drinks and setting up meeting rooms

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position you must have previous PA experience. It is important that you are flexible and open-minded. You will need to have high attention to detail, be personable and well presented. IT skills must include MS Word, Outlook & Excel.

What you'll get in return
In return you will get paid weekly on a Friday providing you get your timesheet in on time. You will get a dedicated consultant who will assist you throughout the full recruitment process and will keep in contact throughout you assignment to ensure that everything is going well.
