Magpie Recruitment are currrently recruiting for an FMCG client based in Park Royal NW London who are activley seeking a part time PA/Administrator.
Working hours will be - Monday to Friday 5 hours per day (Flexible hours)
Salary - £12 - £13 per hour, this role is permanent part time.
- Office supplies.
- Personal Assistant to Managing Director.
- Reception duties.
- Receiving, sending out and keeping record of product samples.
- Chasing sample receipt and obtaining feedback for contracts which are subject to sample.
- Booking couriers. Receiving and distributing documents and packages from couriers.
- Sending, receiving and distributing post.
- Hospitality: preparing boardroom for meetings, making tea and coffee for guests.
- Coordinating Trading Department’s trips to include travel bookings, meetings, etc.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications – Essential:
- Excellent phone manners.
- Organisational skills and communication skills, written and oral.
- Customer service experience.
- At least 2 years of office administration experience.
- User level knowledge of MS Office.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications – Desired:
- University degree.
- Experience in similar environment.
- Intermediate Excel.
- Knowledge of Incoterms.
